Immersion Of The Underwater Cross
Thursday, September 15, 2011September 15, 2011 is a significant date in the history of the ship. On this day three bright events happened: grand formal completion of the expedition; the opening of the monument on the bay of Paralimni in honor of the completion of the expedition and in memory of all the dead sailors; an immersion of the cross with commemorative tablets in honor of the completion of the expedition in Russian, English and Greek.
