Program
Day 2. Monemvasia
Medieval Castle Town, exclusively carved on a huge rock looking as if it came down from a fairy tale.
Day 3. Methoni / Golf Costa Navarino
Small town, which was already mentioned in Homer's Iliad as Pedasos. Today at noon, around 12:00, you'll head out for your first game of golf on the spectacular new Hills Course.
Day 4. Pylos / Costa Navarino Golf
Today we are going to the second new golf course, the Olympic Course, of the famous Greek Golf Club Costa Navarino. Because our ship stays overnight in the harbor of Pylos, you will be able to explore the small harbor town with its steep street sand the great atmosphere. In the evening you will have dinner in a typical Greek harbor taverna, of course directly at the sea. Afterwards you can end the evening with cocktails at the Ocean Bar, which is available to us on board around the clock.
Day 5. Pylos / Golf Costa Navarino
After a nice and convivial evening we will go to the Bay Course of the Costa Navarino Golf Club. The holes leading directly along the sea symbolize the Mediterranean flair of this special course. In the newly built clubhouse you can enjoy the great view of the idyllic bay of Pylos with a cool drink after the round. With the transfer we go together with our golf luggage back to the ship.
Day 6. Zakynthos
Today we reach the hilly and southernmost Ionian island of Greece, known as the Flower of the East for its lush vegetation and by its National Marine Park for the protection of sea turtle nesting sites. We will anchor off the island. Stroll through the town with its galleries, cafes and taverns or just enjoy the atmosphere on board, swim or kayak. The evening belongs to the captain's dinner!
Day 7. At Sea & Corinth Canal
This day is themed sailing, regeneration and recreation. Interesting activities are offered on board such as mast climbing, learning knots, exploring the engine room or steering the ship yourself. During a putting challenge on the Running on Waves the best golf putter will be determined and honored. Around 9:00 pm we reach another highlight of the trip, the Corinth Canal, to sail through it under romantic lighting on the Running on Waves.
Day 8. Piraeus/Athens
Now, unfortunately, the journey comes to an end. We have to say goodbye to our caring and warm crew. At about 7:00 am we reach the port of Piraeus. After breakfast, full of melancholy and great travel experiences, we will depart individually to Athens airport for our flight home. If you have extended your vacation individually, enjoy a few more days in Athens.

About the Ship
RUNNING ON WAVES is a three-mast sailing vessel, rigging type — barquentine. Sails are her main driving power.

All cabins on board the Ship are outside-type, you have either windows or portholes
The bathrooms are finished with marble and you have got bathrobes and slippers

Cabins are equipped with a refrigerator, air-conditioning and heating systems
Main deck Cabins
These cabins have a king size bed, a wardrobe and a bar.
Cabins sizes vary between 20m² – 14m² (215ft2 - 150ft2).
Cabin №5 also has a soft corner couch.
Tween deck Cabins
The cabins located on the lower deck are fitted with portholes (circular windows). Cabins sizes vary between 11m² – 12m² (118ft² – 129ft).
Some cabins on the tween deck have king size beds (cabins №14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 21, 29).
One cabin has twin beds (№ 24).
Cabins №19, 22, 23, 25, 27 have triple beds in each one.
